Registration Information

Registration will take place through Volleyball Life and teams will be accepted on a space available basis. Divisions will be capped as space is limited for ALL divisions.

Sand Open Registration Policies

  • Cancellation Fees:
    • $50 at any point after you register
    • No refund after Monday at noon, week of the event (Monday, August 4th, 2025).

Grass and Sand Dino Registration Policies

  • Cancellation Fees:
    • $10 at any point after you register
    • $25 before Monday at noon, 4 weeks prior to the event (Monday, July 14th, 2025)
    • $50 before Monday at noon, 2 weeks prior to the event (Monday July 28th, 2025)
    • No refund after Monday at noon, week of the event (Monday, August 4th, 2025).
  • LATE FEE per Team: An extra $20 per team starts Monday, August 4th at noon, space permitting.

Sand Open Registration

Putterhead Doubles Open Division forms will be accepted based on the following:

Teams will be accepted based on either of their players 2024 finishes in any of the following events: Beach Bash, Vail Doubles, Steamboat Doubles, Breckenridge Doubles, Oasis Classic, or the 2024/25 CO Winter Beach Series final standings. We can take a total of 28 teams per gender with 4 of those spots being reserved for Wild Card entries for improved competition. 

Before 12pm on Monday, June 16th, 2025, spots will be filled based on the following priority system:

Priority System
Tier 1: 1st – 3rd place finish
Tier 2: 4th – 7th place finish
Tier 3: Total team AVP America Points

After 12pm on Monday, June 16th, 2025, any remaining open spots will be filled based on the following priority system:

If your partner changes at any point after 12pm on Monday, June 16th, 2025, your team will be reevaluated. If your team no longer fits into Tier 1 or 2 of our priority system, you will be reevaluated based on Tier 3. After reevaluation, if your team’s total AVP America points drops below a team’s total AVP America points on the wait list you could be replaced and put on the wait list.

*Wait list order is based on team total AVP America points. All tournament seeding will be based off of AVP America points. If your team does not make the 28 team main draw you will receive a full refund.*

Grass and Sand Dino Registration

Putterhead Grass Doubles and Sand Dino Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, space is limited, don't wait!
